based organization, operating from near Cheltenham, England,
concentrating on providing information and services to those interested
in using UK property for the creation of a pension fund or to get a

The UK has a history on steady, but substantial price rises for property. Being a limited space, with loads of red tape and other building restrictions, and with more people wishing to have homes a permanent shortage will be present for very many years to come. The rental market is well established and a good rate of return is available to adequately cover mortgages. We started with UK property but have since added other sections covering property in other countries as well. In particular some parts of the USA has been growing rapidly in interest. This website property-pension.org, has been set up to provide support and encouragement towards international co-operation. and perhaps as a common link site that in the future may offer similar organizations the chance to work together and for the flow of information and links. |
